01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "sxi6" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting services operated at sxi6.pro, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and software applications.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account with sxi6 or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the sxi6 registration process.
• "Wallet" refers to the PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's sxi6 Account, comprising real money funds and, where applicable, separate bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, match bonuses, free bet credits, or reload bonuses awarded to a Player by sxi6 under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Funds" refers to Pakistani Rupee amounts deposited by the Player directly from their own payment method, excluding any bonus credits.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed under applicable law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the sxi6 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sxi6.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting sxi6 support.

sxi6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address or an on-platform notification.

03 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of sxi6 — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must register an Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method.

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any point thereafter is truthful, accurate, and up to date. sxi6 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account restriction or closure.

• Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on sxi6. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. sxi6 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify sxi6 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your sxi6 account or any funds within it to any third party.

04 Eligibility

Access to and use of sxi6 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. sxi6 does not permit access to individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of sxi6 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have a self-exclusion order in effect that covers online gambling platforms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of any employee or officer of sxi6 or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.

sxi6 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed.

05 Deposits & Payments

sxi6 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier.
• All deposits are credited to your sxi6 Wallet in PKR at the amount received, with no conversion fees or platform charges applied to the deposited amount.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 hours during business hours.
• sxi6 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name and must match your sxi6 account details.
• Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be refunded and the associated sxi6 account may be suspended pending investigation.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Funds balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn — see Section 7.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting withdrawals. Where this is not possible, sxi6 will request an alternative verified method.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours of request approval during operational hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within 1–3 business days of request approval.
• sxi6 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawals may be declined or reversed if any associated wagers are found to be in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or use of prohibited betting strategies.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

sxi6 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published alongside each offer:

• The standard wagering requirement for all sxi6 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise in writing.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your Wallet.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are detailed in each specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds are separate from Real Funds and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from completed wagering requirements become eligible for withdrawal.
• sxi6 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that the promotion has been abused or where regulatory requirements necessitate a change.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.

08 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the sxi6 platform, across sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and all other wagering products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. sxi6 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred on the part of sxi6 in the compilation of odds or game presentation.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds or game configuration, sxi6 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Wallet.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market at the time of wagering.
• sxi6's decision on all matters relating to bet settlement, including the interpretation of sporting results and game outcomes, is final and binding.
• In the event of technical failure during a live casino session or game round, sxi6's server logs will determine the outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• PSL cricket markets and all other live sports betting markets may be suspended or closed at sxi6's discretion if live data feeds are unavailable or unreliable.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sxi6. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent termination:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics.
• Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Money laundering or using sxi6 as a conduit for any financial transaction associated with criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Any conduct intended to defraud sxi6 or other Players, regardless of whether the attempt is successful.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

sxi6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements or provide satisfactory verification documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player against sxi6.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a notification from a responsible gaming authority.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, sxi6 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Funds will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method after deduction of any amounts owed to sxi6, subject to satisfactory verification.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting sxi6 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. All pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally.

11 Responsible Gaming

sxi6 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined time period. Loss limit increases require a 7-day waiting period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time-based reminders that notify you of how long you have been active on the Platform during a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from sxi6. Temporary exclusions are available for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account indefinitely with no reinstatement option.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic pop-up notifications summarising your net gaming activity during a session, helping you make informed decisions about continued play.

sxi6 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will take immediate action to close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21. If you believe a minor may have accessed the Platform using your account or device, contact support immediately.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the sxi6 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of sxi6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from sxi6.
• Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform's software.
• Using sxi6 branding, logos, or trademarks in any commercial context without written permission.
• Framing or embedding any part of the Platform on third-party websites or applications.

Any unauthorised use of sxi6 intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate account termination.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sxi6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities arising from technical failures, server downtime, or maintenance periods.
• Interruption or suspension of services caused by factors outside sxi6's reasonable control, including network outages, payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Financial losses resulting from your own betting decisions, regardless of the information available on the Platform at the time.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.

sxi6's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Amendments to These Terms

sxi6 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Player rights or obligations — sxi6 will provide notice via the email address associated with your account or through an in-platform notification no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Non-material changes, including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates required to reflect changes in applicable law, may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of sxi6 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which sxi6 holds its operating licence. sxi6 operates in compliance with international gaming licensing standards.

In the event of a dispute between you and sxi6, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through sxi6's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact sxi6 support with full details of your complaint. sxi6 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body as specified under sxi6's applicable licensing conditions.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
